The NCLEX-RN, which stands for the “National Council Licensure Examination [for] Registered Nurses (RN)” is a computer adaptive test that is required for a nursing graduate to successfully pass in order to be licensed as a Registered Nurse in USA and Canada.

You have to be a trained nurse with a Bachelor of Science Degree in nursing in your home country to qualify to take NCLEX. You must pass the NCLEX test to be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in USA and Canada.
